Module federation tooling matured in the recent years. You can just use it™ in Nx. Task orchestration works, caching works, CI works. A great example is Nx + Vite Module Federation. Thanks @giorgio_boa for collaborating on this. Check out the links in the blog post.

Devs often have to make trade-offs on the cache configuration: either ‘over-define’ and miss out on cache hits, or ‘under-defined’, which can lead to nightmare deployment scenarios like sending out an old build. Not anymore - try Sandboxing in Nx Cloud.

1/3 Monorepos, on any build tool, have a cache they can't fully trust. Inputs and outputs aren't declared exactly right, so you get cache hits where you should've gotten misses. Stale artifacts may ship. Nx Cloud Sandboxing fixes it. nx.dev/docs/features/…
