Hi there.Intercom chat does not load on Safari Mobile (iPhone). The window.Intercom object is not available, and the chat widget does not appear. However, the same implementation works correctly on: Chrome (desktop and mobile) Safari on macOS desktop Expected behavior Intercom should initialize and expose window.Intercom, and the chat widget should be available on all supported browsers, including iOS Safari. Scribe tutorial videos are very helpful for customers.  We would like to embed in Intercom using iframe.  Is this something product is considering, or may have already implemented?

I noticed a regression in conversation webhooks. The regression effects messages with embedded images.Previously, in version of API 2.14 , embedded image in a message (e.g. paste screenshot from clipboard) was send as in webhook as an embeedded `IMG` in conversation part’s body. After releasing 2.15, the behaivor of v2.14 also has changed. The embedded image(-s) are available both in `body` and `attachments`. Hey Team, Quick question: “Is it possible to create an alert via Workflows or some other means to alert via Slack when a customer rates a conversation with a teammate as poor?” e.g. CSAT Score is 3 or less.Intercom has the ability to alert Slack Channels based on other workflow triggers like no response within X minutes or an unresponsive conversation, but for us to be able to manage DSATs as they happen with a live alert via Slack or some other modality would be super beneficial to our Support Managers and leaders to help coach and improve our teams. Please let me know if any of you have any ideas on how we can institute something like this or build something like this using Intercom and Slack. Thanks again!

Hi everyone,since around April 17th, our Shopify Storefront MCP Data Connector ("Search shop catalog") has been completely broken. Every call returns:"Tool not found: search_shop_catalog"Background:Shopify renamed the Storefront MCP tool from search_shop_catalog to search_catalog as part of their UCP migration. The old tool is being deprecated (deadline June 15, 2026), but on some stores it has already been disabled — including ours.What I tried:1. Followed Intercom Support's recommendation: deleted the tool and re-added it. Intercom now correctly detects the new search_catalog. ✅2.  Hey community,Trying to connect Intercom to our Discord server and hitting this error:"This bot can't join more servers as it has not been verified or is requesting gateway intents it has not been verified for."Fin confirmed the bot is pending Discord verification and there's no workaround. Raised it with Engineering Support, they confirmed it's a known bug, created a ticket, no ETA.A few questions:Is anyone successfully using the Discord integration right now? Was there a point where it worked and stopped, or has it never worked? Any workaround — e.g. does the server need to be a verified/community Discord server?Seems like a critical gap given Intercom is promoting it as a supported channel. Curious if others are affected.

As we discussed, a successful Intercom implementation always starts with a Data Collection Plan.  Before you flip the switch on Messenger or Fin AI, you need total internal alignment on: What specific data points you are sending to Intercom. Why your company needs to track them. What outcome each attribute will drive (e.g., routing a VIP ticket, triggering a churn-prevention Series, or giving Fin AI context to resolve a complex query). Hi there,Working with the HubSpot Integration, I need to create a ‘list’ field and enter every Country in a drop-down field, so that the user does not have to manually enter this information and then this will be synced over to HubSpot. The challenge is that Intercom limit ‘People Data’ fields to 35 options, and you can’t use Conditional Fields either.So given this limitation, and the fact it has to be People Data Atrributes, has anyone else face this challenge and come up with a workaround? Is there any other way to pass the country to HubSpot from the other values in Intercom that simply cannot be mapped or used in many cases it seems?Is there anyway to pull in data from HubSpot to a Custom Data Field in People Data?It seems the sync is just Intercom to HubSpot, so I don’t believe I can do anything here with the limitations of Intercom’s People Data lists.Thanks in advance. We’ve recently added the Linear integration with Intercom. In our day to day use of it we have noticed that there does not seem to be a way for any comments from Linear to come appear as notes in Intercom. I understand MCPs are the recommended way to have comments come through, are there any other options to have comments come through? There are hesitations with connecting through MCPs and I’d like to see if there are other options worth exploring. Thanks in advance for any help/advice. 

We just signed up for statuspage and would like to keep our statuspage private and only expose it to users in the messenger. It looks like the integration only supports public pages. Does anyone know of a workaround? 

I am creating mobile app using React Native (Expo) and I would love to utilize intercom there. I am following all instructions and example repos and in the end I end up with an error..Wherever I put the import and I do anything with Intercom object I have: ERROR  [RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded (native stack depth)] > 13 | import Intercom from '@intercom/intercom-react-native';     | ^I have my app.json configured...["@intercom/intercom-react-native",{"useManualInit": true}]…I follow all the debugging steps and in the end there is above error. If I import the Intercom object from @intercom/intercom-react-native dependency nothing happens until I do anything with it (console.log it or execute Intercom.initialize(...))I am using expo 54.0.22 with react-native 0.81.5Does anyone have an Idea what is going on?

I’m using a Custom Action with some Datetime elements.Whenever I have empty element I send the response back to Intercom using something like this:"0000-00-00T00:00:00+04:00",When I test the Custom Action, the “Test response” brings back exactly this Datetime format, and it gives me a 200 OK.Same for “Data transformation” and “Object Mapping”, all OK.However, in production, we are getting several errors. The Intercom Logs of this Custom Action suggest the Mapping is not happening (when the request and response are 200 OK). The only different data I saw between a Log with a mapping and a Log without the mapping was an “empty” Datetime, like the one above. What’s the proper way of sending an Empty Datetime?

Hello!Hoping someone can help with this issue we’ve been facing when trying to integrate Fin in Slack. We’re using Fin in Slack for internal team use only (not customer-facing). The goal is for Fin to respond to teammates in designated Slack channels without ever involving our human Support team.However, we’re experiencing an issue where Fin keeps automatically routing the conversation to our human support teams despite the workflow being set up so that only Fin should be responding in these conversations. When the conversation ID is checked in the workflow troubleshooter no workflow is triggered. We’re looking for insight from companies that manage multiple subscriptions per customer in Stripe.In our case, each account has three separate subscriptions: Base plan Email plan Teams plan Each of these also has multiple plan levels, and every customer technically has all three subscriptions (either free or paid).Right now, the Stripe integration appears to pull only one random subscription, which makes it difficult to reliably identify a customer’s actual plan levels across all products.How are you configuring your Stripe integration to correctly identify all subscription plans for a customer, rather than just one? Are you using specific metadata, workarounds, or a particular integration setup to handle this?For context, we are looking to use Procedures to perform account actions inside Stripe, but need to be able to accurately make changes to all plans.

The Claude integration has access just to the conversations. It will be good to give access also to the Help Center and The Articles and help us to improve the content.

Hi everyone,We’ve noticed some users reporting that parts of our in-app widgets stop responding after they add third-party tools to customize their experience. While discussing this with a teammate, we mentioned hub script as one example people often try when experimenting with UI behavior.Has anyone seen similar conflicts with Intercom widgets, chat triggers, or tracking after users add custom scripts? What’s the best way to isolate whether the issue is coming from Intercom or from external tools?

I have installed the Salesforce AppI have all fields syncing between contacts, accounts etc.I have setup the “Maintain lead and account ownership” section and it maps all the right Salesforce users with Intercom users. But….The only field it will not update in intercom is the user/lead owner. This is the one field I need so new conversation are assigned to the correct person. Has anybody come up against this before?  

Hi everyone,I’m seeing a strange issue with how intercom handles some external links shared inside messages and help center articles. One example I ran into was when a user tried to open a page related to the daily telenor quiz.When the link is clicked from an intercom message, some users either get a blank page, a blocked redirect, or the page opens without loading its scripts properly. If they copy and paste the same link into the browser directly, it works fine, which makes me think Intercom’s link handling, tracking, or iframe behavior might be interfering with how certain sites load.I’m wondering if this is caused by security headers, https enforcement, or how Intercom wraps outbound links for tracking. Could things like csp, mixed-content blocking, or redirects affect third-party pages that weren’t designed to be opened inside embedded or tracked links?Has anyone dealt with similar problems when linking out to external tools or informational pages from Intercom, and is there a re
