Missing automatic moderation for Discussions

Discussion can not work if you enable anyone send spam in your own product feedback dicussion.
It should be about community, right? So setup some automatic rules and detect spam, hide it.

It's super easy to set these rules to filter out most of the trash. Great inspiration is Reddit. Many of Subreddits have this automatic moderation in place and it works! So I can actually read it.

I can imagine that in this state nobody from GitHub team wants to read this feedback like this and force us to send Contact form to Support, which is sad... Please introduce this minimum rules to make it work again.

Nex step can be sort of karma, which make total sense to use in communities and again, works!
