GitHub Consumed License CSV

GitHub Enterprise administrators can now view additional details within the Consumed License CSV that can be found on Setting>Enterprise licensing tab. These CSV changes provide additional details on Visual Studio with GitHub Enterprise license status and membership roles to help you manage license usage across your Enterprise.

The dependency graph now supports detecting GitHub Actions workflow YAML files. These will be displayed within the dependency graph section in the Insights tab. Repositories that publish actions will also be able to see the number of repositories that depend on that action from the Used By control on the repository homepage.
