Upgrade to minimum TLS version 1.2 for cloudinary.com endpoints Jul 15, 2026 00:00 - Jul 16, 2026 00:00 EDT

As part of a platform-wide security upgrade, Cloudinary will deprecate support for TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 and will require a minimum of TLS 1.2 connectivity across all *.cloudinary.com domains, starting July 15, 2026.
The change may not be immediate as it requires multiple endpoint and certificate deployments, but requests after July 15th cannot be expected to succeed if using a TLS version below 1.2.
If you require further information about this change or verifying that your client applications are using modern TLS versions, please contact our support team.

Investigating - We are currently investigating an issue affecting recently added, deleted, or modified assets that may not appear up to date when viewed via the DAM. The issue began at approximately 1:17 PM UTC on June 7, 2026.

Although asset views in the DAM may not be reflected accurately, any actions taken on assets are still being applied, and the API continues to function as usual.

Please continue to follow this page for updates, and contact support@cloudinary.com if you need any assistance. Thank you!
