Interface types for simple* and permission* packages.

• Redis: permissions2 and simpleredis
• Bolt: permissionbolt and simplebolt
• MariaDB/MySQL: permissionsql and simplemaria
• PostgreSQL: pstore and simplehstore
• SQLite: simplesqlite and permissionsqlite

• The latest release is the v2.1.1 tag. There were some issues with the old versioning scheme that has now been fixed (the 2.0 tag was removed).
• The 2.1.2 version is now in the v2 directory, per Go package convention.
