Commitment Crawler listens to your Slack channels, detects when someone says "I'll handle it," and privately nudges them to follow through — with calendar blocks, deadline reminders, and a weekly follow-through score. No behaviour change. No manual entry. Just fewer dropped balls.
Click "Add to Slack," grant permissions, then type /invite @CommitmentCrawler in the channels you want active. No config, no onboarding calls.
Every time someone says "I'll send," "I'm on it," "Let me get back to you" — the AI identifies the action item, recipient, and deadline in under a second.
A private nudge (only visible to you) asks you to confirm. One tap blocks your calendar. Deadline passes? You get a gentle reminder. Every Sunday: your personal follow-through score. Nobody else sees a thing.
Built for teams that move fast and need action items to stick — without adding another tool to manage.
AI scans messages in channels it's been invited to, identifying genuine action items and follow-throughs. Confidence scoring filters noise before it reaches you.
No DM badge. No inbox clutter. The popup appears right in the channel — only visible to the person who made the commitment.
One tap on "Confirm" creates a Google Calendar event before the deadline. Focus time is blocked before your team even thinks to schedule it.
When a deadline passes without completion, Commitment Crawler sends a gentle private check-in — automatic, timed, and non-intrusive.
Every Sunday, you get your personal follow-through rate — a private scorecard of how many commitments you kept this week. Admins can opt in to an aggregated team view.
Every nudge, reminder, and score goes only to the person who made the commitment — never to managers or teammates. Team-level reporting is opt-in and aggregated only.
For team leads who want aggregated visibility — see completion rates and open items across your workspace. Individual messages are never shown.
Type /cc status to see open commitments, or /cc week for your integrity score — any time, right in Slack.
Full multi-tenant architecture. Each organisation's data is fully isolated. Install once per workspace — each team has their own private, isolated connection.

We only ever see the one message that triggered a detected commitment — never your full conversation history, and never DMs between humans. Google Calendar tokens are encrypted at rest, every Slack event is signature-verified, and one Slack command (/cc delete) permanently erases your commitments, calendar connection, and profile — no support ticket required.
Yes — type /invite @CommitmentCrawler in any channel you want active. This is by design: you choose exactly which channels Commitment Crawler participates in. The admin welcome DM walks you through which channels to start with.
Nothing. The nudge is an ephemeral Slack message — only visible to the person who made the action item. No public callouts, no notifications to teammates or managers. It's a personal productivity tool, not a reporting system.
Commitment Crawler only participates in channels it's been explicitly invited to. Human-to-human DMs are private and completely outside its scope by design. If you message Commitment Crawler directly, those messages will be processed.
Yes — the underlying model understands commitment language across multiple languages. It has been tested with:
Mixed-language messages (e.g. Hinglish like "Main kal tak kar deta hoon") work well too.
The AI uses a 75% confidence threshold — anything below that is silently ignored. Every notification has a one-tap "Dismiss" button. In testing across real professional Slack messages, our false positive rate is under 8%.
Google Calendar is fully supported — connect it once via a 30-second OAuth flow and every confirmed commitment automatically gets a focus block. Outlook / Microsoft 365 is on the roadmap for Q3.
Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then automatically moves to Sandbox. Your data stays in your account — no lock-in.
We store the minimum needed to do the job: a short excerpt of the message that triggered a detected commitment, the extracted task summary/deadline, and Slack user IDs — never your full message history or DMs between teammates. Google Calendar access tokens are encrypted at rest. Any team member can run /cc delete in Slack to permanently and immediately erase their commitments, calendar connection, and profile.
